Booking & Payments
A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date. Your booking is not confirmed until the retainer is received.The remaining balance is due 30 days before your wedding day.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Retainers are non-refundable in the event of cancellation. If you need to reschedule, I’ll do my best to accommodate a new date. If I’m unavailable, the booking will be treated as a cancellation.

Coverage & Timing
 Coverage will be provided based on your selected collection. It’s the couple’s responsibility to provide an accurate wedding timeline and ensure cooperation from the wedding party and family for group photos. I can’t be held responsible for missed moments due to late schedules, restrictions from venues, or interference from guests.

Copyright & Usage
 All images remain the copyright of the photographer. You’ll receive personal usage rights for printing, sharing, and enjoying your photos. Images may not be sold or used for commercial purposes without written permission. I reserve the right to use images for my portfolio, website, and marketing unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Image Delivery
Your edited images will be delivered via an online gallery within a maximum of two months from your wedding date. RAW (unedited) files are not provided. Standard editing (exposure, color, crop) is included. Extensive retouching may be subject to additional fees.

Liability & Emergencies
In the rare case of illness, accident, or equipment failure, my liability is limited to a refund of all payments received. If possible, I will make every effort to arrange a qualified replacement photographer. I am not responsible for limited coverage caused by venue restrictions, weather, or disruptions beyond my control.

Meals & Breaks
For weddings with coverage exceeding 4 hours, a meal for the photographer (and assistant, if applicable) is required. Short breaks may be taken during the day but will not interfere with coverage.

By booking, you acknowledge that you’ve read and agreed to these terms. These terms help ensure your wedding day is captured smoothly and beautifully, so you can relax knowing your memories are in good hands.
